Which door controllers are compatible with Cenzor?

Cenzor is compatible with all industrial overhead and garage door controllers that utilize 1 or 3 phase AC power, or 24VDC to power the motor.

Will I need to purchase a SIM card for data transfer?

No, a separate SIM card is not required. Cenzor comes with an eSIM soldered onto its PCB, and we handle the network coverage.

Is there a battery included with Cenzor?

No, Cenzor does not use a battery. It is powered by the door controller. For manually operated doors, a separate power input must be provided.

Does Cenzor require a separate WiFi connection or internet cable to operate?

No, Cenzor uses an LTE-M radio communication technology for data transfer, which is provided by the eSIM.

What is the installation time for Cenzor?

Installation and setup of Cenzor can take up to 30 minutes, depending on the environment.

Can I access the software platform from my mobile phone or tablet?

Yes, the software platform is accessible from a computer, mobile phone, or tablet.

Can someone else control my door using Cenzor?

Only if you, as the owner of the door, have granted them permission.

What issues does Cenzor address?

Cenzor monitors the door’s power consumption to detect slight irregularities in movement and minor fluctuations in operational readings. It provides real-time data to predict maintenance needs before malfunctions occur.
